The holiday year runs from 1st April to 31st March. Your paid holiday entitlement is 5.6 x your average working week per holiday year, (pro-rata in the year of joining and leaving) including bank/public holidays which includes your statutory entitlement under the Working Time Regulations. You will receive your pay as normal during any period of authorised paid holiday entitlement. You will need to complete a holiday request form and normally provide us with at least 2 weeks notice.
You will be paid prior calendar monthly. Pay day is on the 15th of every month. So on 15th of every month you will be paid for anything you have done between the first day of the previous month and the last day of the previous month. For example; On the 15th April 2018, you are paid for any shifts you completed with us between the 01st March 2018 till 31st
Integrity Security Group Ltd will cover the costs associated with providing your company uniform and any further internal or external training when applicable.
If you leave within 24 months of the training being undertaken Integrity reserves the right to recover the total costs of any provided training. This applies to any in-house or external training examination fees and also to any ongoing certification or permit to operate schemes.
If you leave within 36 months of the training being undertaken Integrity Security Group Ltd reserve the right to recover 50% of the total costs of attending this training from your final wages.

If you leave within 12 months of joining Integrity Security Group Ltd reserves the right to recover uniform costs* on the following sliding scale:
Leaving within 3 months 100% uniform costs deducted from your final wages
Leaving within 6 months 75% uniform costs deducted from your final wages
Leaving within 9 months 50% uniform costs deducted from your final wages
Leaving within 12 months 25% uniform costs deducted from your final wages
(*The maximum cost of your uniform will be capped at £200.00)
Your employment is subject to the rules and regulations of the Government Auto-Enrolment Pension Scheme during your employment with the Company. You agree to deductions from your salary to be made in connection with this scheme.
If you do not wish to be enrolled in a workplace pension then you can exercise your right to opt-out.

SmartTask has an app for Apple and Android mobile devices which you can download and log into with unique details which will be issued to you shortly
Failing to use the SmartTask system correctly may result in your hours and pay being incorrect

Enter “My SmartTask” into the search engine on the App Store or Google play
It will come up with “my SmartTask” as one of the results – select this and download the App
The app will allow you to book on / off and allow you to view your upcoming roster and submit holiday via the system. It will also allow you to confirm your shifts for which you have been scheduled and for those without a Smartphone you can also login online.

The Site number will be different depending on which site you are working at and can be found in the Daily Occurrence Book.
1. This agreement is made on the understanding that the disclosing party has, and will retain, all rights to the documents and files that are subject to copyright and their trademarks, whether registered or not, and all other intellectual property. Further the receiving party hereby agrees that all information, whether oral, written or otherwise communicated that is supplied by the disclosing party in the course of the project shall be treated as confidential. Forms of information communicated encompass those through any conversations, be they private, personal or business related; written letters and memos; electronic data from email, CD, DVD, floppy disk, hard drive, external hard drives, network drives and USB sticks. This will also cover any information or details regarding Integrity Security Group and its operations, or that of its clients, which the receiving party may have access to during the terms of the agreement.
2. The receiving party undertakes not to use the information for any purpose, other than for the purpose of working within the Company’s business, without obtaining the prior written agreement of the disclosing party.
3. This agreement applies to technical and commercial information, intellectual property, as well as goodwill and know-how contained within the disclosed information and supplementary or supporting data howsoever communicated between the parties.
4. This agreement does not apply either to any information that is in the public domain, nor to information which the receiving party can demonstrate was:
a) already lawfully in their possession prior to its disclosure by the other party, or b) acquired without the direct or indirect involvement of the disclosing party.
5. On request from the other party either party shall return any documents or other information relating to this agreement. No unauthorised copies in any form are permitted to be retained.
6. Signature to this agreement does not create a license, title or interest in respect of any intellectual property rights of the disclosing party.
7. After three years from the date of this agreement both parties shall be relieved of all obligations under this agreement.
As part of your contract with Integrity it is gross misconduct to sleep whilst on duty and this can lead to your employment with us being terminated.
When working on a site where there is nobody relieving you at your finish time, you are still required to work your full shift and do the hours asked of you.
When working on a 24 hour site you must not leave until the next person turns up to relieve you. If the person does not turn up at your finish time then you must contact the helpdesk and we will contact that guard to see where they are. Leaving a site unmanned is not acceptable.
Read and sign the site Assignment Instructions and be vigilant whilst on duty
Some positions in the Company mean you use a company or client phone, this phone is not to be used for personal calls or messages.
These phones have an itemised bill which will indicate any misuse.
Company and/or client internet is not for personal use i.e. watching movies
If any phone or internet misuse is carried out by an employee then you will be asked to attend a meeting and any misuse costs may be deducted from your wages.
You MUST tell management if:
The purpose of the disciplinary procedure is to give you every opportunity to overcome shortfalls in performance or conduct. At each stage your manager will discuss with you what action should be taken to avoid the necessity for further disciplinary action.
It is recognised that most issues can be dealt with swiftly and effectively in an informal manner.
This is the preferred method. However, there may be occasions when, either because the informal method has not brought about the desired result or when an alleged act of misconduct is of a more serious nature, a more formal procedure will be used.
The following list, which is not exhaustive, provides examples of offences, which are normally regarded as misconduct and could lead to action being taken under the formal disciplinary procedure:
